My husband has terrible sleep apnea, to the point where I sleep with ear plugs. We bought this to see if it would work before spending $500 plus for a custom one from dentist. This worked incredibly well and my husband had the most restful sleep! Decided to forgo the custom one! Highly recommend.

Fairly simple design and doesn’t get in the way. Molded to your mouth shape using hot water. Pretty comfortable but does take a little bit to get used to it. Was told snoring was less. It took about 3 days to get used to it and not take it out overnight. Because you mold to your mouth it fits perfectly.

This mouthpiece didn't work for me, but I normally use a cpap machine, which I was hoping to do away with. I can see it helping for someone without obstructive sleep apnea.

The mouthpiece was easy to customize. I was surprised that it did really mold around my teeth. It takes getting used to and, I have to admit, I have trouble sleeping with it in my mouth. I'm not yet used to it. Even woke up this morning with it back in its container. (But I think wearing it during the waking hours for a while will get me used to it.) I am still asking my wife if she heard me snoring last night. She denies hearing me snore. Which is a positive sign. A lot of thought was done for this device to be developed. For how well the product was built, I think that it's worth the try.

Finally got my husband to try this & I am so happy… but he’s not. Lol. It WORKS! I slept peacefully next to him, but it was really uncomfortable for him. He said it hurts his teeth/jaw & makes him drool all night. He ended up taking it out without even realizing it sometime early in the morning.

My wife has been complaining about my snoring. I figured I should try this. Wow! It works perfectly! From the first night. No snoring. And I actually have more energy after a night of sleep. It was super easy to mold the mouth piece to my teeth. I currently am using Invisalign, so I molded the mouth piece with my Invisalign on. Perfect fit. I’m happy, and more over my wife is happy! Win win. I should have bought this when I first discovered it a few years ago. 👍🤘🏻❤️

Works great just need some time to get used to. Adjust slowly every few days till you reach a spot that works for you. The 4.0 is a better design and a little bit smaller than the original.

This product is a game-changer! My snoring meter shows a huge difference. I wake up feeling refreshed and rested. It's easy to shape, and although it takes some getting used to, it's worth it. Sure, you'll drool a bit, but it's a small price to pay. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I have sleep apnea as diagnosed by an at-home test from a company that makes custom MAD devices that cost a couple grand and are not covered by my insurance. While I wait for my doctor's appointment to get a CPAP or other insurance covered solution, I sought out over-the-counter solutions. This device along with a 3 inch wide foam cervical neck collar and a triangle shaped wedge pillow seems to do the trick. The foam cervical collar is to keep my mouth closed, because otherwise my mouth pops open with this device. The collar is much more comfy than a chin strap. Even with this device and the collar I will still snore a little unless my head and shoulders are tilted up a little with a wedge pillow. I use a snore recording app for my phone to make sure I don't snore. I also got an oxygen monitor/recorder to see my O2 levels do not dip as often and my heart rate no longer shoots up over 140 bpm while I sleep. My morning blood pressure readings are now normal while before I was hypertensiv...More

Comfortable and Effective Mouthpiece – DIENEL® I’ve been using the DIENEL mouthpiece for a few nights now, and I’m impressed with how comfortable it is to wear. The fit was easy to adjust, and it stays in place throughout the night. It feels sturdy, yet soft enough to avoid any irritation. The case is also a nice touch—compact and hygienic. While it took a night or two to get used to, I’m already noticing better sleep quality. Definitely a helpful tool if you're dealing with snoring or grinding your teeth.

This mouth piece is the best one I have used hands down. It takes a little more time to set it up with having an upper and lower piece but once you get it set and the correct band in place it works well. I have not heard a snoring compliant from wife since I started using these. I say these because I ordered a second set.
